University of Miami Online High School acts professional

People who know me and know what I look for in schools, all know that professionalism is key. If you want people to treat you seriously, you need to behave seriously.

Some time back I requested information from the University of Miami Online High School. This was prior to it being listed on this website. When they sent me information on their program, it included a nice folder with information on the program, a small notepad and two pens (all with their name and logo), and a DVD about the program.

This is what professionals do. Does it mean that yours must look like this? No, absolutely not. However, that is what the competition is doing. If you cannot do that, what can you do to make your program look professional?
