Additional information: Primavera High School students participate in courses in a variety of ways including interactive workbooks, course discussions, and blogs. The school was established in 2001. Primavera courses are aligned to meet state and national standards.

Additional information: Pinnacle Online High School offers online courses to students across Arizona. It was established in 1995. Pinnacle has partnered with Grand Canyon University and students can get credit for dual enrollment. Pinnacle has campuses in Mesa, Tempe (East and West), Casa Grande, and Nogales.

Additional information: New World Online Charter uses the curriculum of Advanced Academics. While courses are conducted online, students can get additional tutoring as needed on campus. Laptop computers are also available for checkout. In addition to core courses, NWOC also offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses.

Additional information: Humanities and Sciences High School offers a challenging and accelerated program focused on world languages and the core subject areas of English, social studies, mathematics, and natural sciences. Interestingly, all students are required to take world languages. Unlike other schools that only offer Spanish or French, HumSci offers a wide variety of languages include Danish, Pashto, Swahili, and many more.

Additional information: Hope High School Online offers one of those fairly unique things: a free online school education all the way to age 21. Hope High School Online is supported by the well-known Blueprint Education. HHSO specializes in students whose schedule or special circumstances makes it difficult to attend traditional schools.

Additional information: HavasuOnline is a public, tuition-free online school program open to Lake Havasu City students in grades 7–12. Students, depending on their needs, can be either full-time or part-time. This allows for some students to recover credits or to take classes not offered at their traditional high school.

Additional information: Blueprint Education has been in existence since 1969 and offers over 180 courses for grades 7 through 12 as well as 40 elective courses. The courses are also acceptable for NCAA purposes. Blueprint has a long history of offering education to students around the world. Since its inception, it has enrolled over 200,000 students in all 50 states and in 20 countries.

Additional information: The Arizona Virtual Academy uses the K12.com online curriculum. The program is available to students throughout the state of Arizona. In the elementary years, students spend less time online than in the later years. This program has been successful in meeting the government’s Adequate Year Progress (AYP) in five of the last six years.
